Application & Mobile Design Focus
- Lead the design of responsive and mobile-first experiences - not as an afterthought,
but as a priority.
- Ensure fluid navigation, legibility, and touch ergonomics across all screen sizes.
- Prototype and test mobile interfaces to guarantee a frictionless user experience.

patterns.
Team Collaboration & Feedback Culture
- Participate in regular rituals: design reviews, QA sessions, product discovery
workshops.
- Share feedback with peers and seek continuous improvement in design processes and
outcomes.
Research & Continuous Improvement
- Support and leverage user research and usability testing to inform your design
decisions.
- Keep up with the latest trends in product design, tools, and methodologies (especially
mobile UX/UI best practices).
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally on application-heavy products
(SaaS, B2B, or mobile).
- Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools (e.g. Maze, Principle, Protopie...).
- Strong skills in mobile UX/UI, responsive design, and component thinking.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
