The position
Neobain is undergoing a phase of strong growth, both internal and external, with international expansion into new markets (Germany, US), as well as through the acquisition and integration of competing and complementary companies.
Your role will be to build strong partnerships with customers and prospects, develop new business opportunities in the US, and achieve our ambitious sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will be responsible for the US Market to :
Create and drive revenue by meeting and exceeding annual sales targets;
Establish solid, long-term relationships within the key accounts we address, in particular directors and key decision-makers within companies (C-level);
Develop new business relationships with prospects, identify their needs and propose appropriate solutions;
Have an in-depth understanding of the decision-making and purchasing process specific to key account customers, and understand their needs;
Be responsible for and establish the purchasing process to identify key decision-makers;
Generate new business leads from trade shows and events;
Work closely with internal teams, such as Marketing, Delivery, Care, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction;
Keep abreast of market trends, technological innovations and competitors in order to stay ahead and identify new business opportunities;
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS :
Be a sales executive, able of navigating complex accounts with different contacts;
Have the ability to absorb information quickly and deliver quickly;
Be creative and able to build and share the product vision with your customers and prospects;
Be results-oriented and organised;
Are both autonomous, a leader and a collaborative partner;
Have several years' experience in selling enterprise software (SaaS) in the HR industry;
Have a strong preference for experience in technology or human capital solutions;
Have proven experience in selling enterprise software to key accounts
Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer service approach
