Your role :
Neobrain is in a phase of strong growth, reinforced by strategic acquisitions and the integration of complementary solutions. To support our expanding roadmap, we’re hiring a Lead DevOps to design, secure, scale, and future-proof our cloud infrastructure.
You will lead technical reliability initiatives, drive DevOps best practices, and build a culture of automation and resilience. It's a very hands on role.
Responsibilities
System Monitoring & Reliability
Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring for infrastructure health and performance
Analyze logs and metrics to proactively detect issues and optimize availability
Automation & Configuration Management
Build and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm)
Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for speed and consistency
Incident Management
Respond to incidents with speed and clarity
Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term resolutions
Resource Optimization
Monitor system usage and costs to optimize performance and scalability
Continuously tune environments to reduce latency and improve responsiveness
Platform Security
Enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, segmentation)
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards
Collaboration & Team Enablement
Partner with development teams to embed DevOps across the SDLC
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of reliability engineering
Strategic Planning & Innovation
Contribute to capacity planning, roadmap evolution, and platform scalability
Evaluate and adopt new technologies to keep our infrastructure at the edge
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain clear and actionable documentation of architecture and incident response
Ensure alignment and knowledge transfer through internal documentation

Languages
Proficiency in at least one: Python, PHP/Symfony, Node.js
Your profile
10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles
Proven experience managing or mentoring a team
Background in high-availability, scalable SaaS infrastructure
Experience in startup or scale-up environments strongly valued
Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and autonomy
Proactive mindset with the ability to own challenges from day one
