Missions:
As part of our development and to support our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identify the right people and get in touch with them using cold email, cold calling, social selling and networking (Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
- Listen to our prospects and qualify their needs;
- Attend tradeshows;
- Structure the Inbound process by qualifying incoming leads;
- Manage your activity via Hubspot;
- Follow up your prospecting rigorously to achieve operational excellence;
- Contribute to Neobrain's growth by being a genuine business partner and contributing innovative ideas.
Profile required:
- 5 years' higher education and a degree from a Business School or University;
- Successful work experience in HR / Software industry and B2B prospecting experience;
- Passionate about human contact;
- Self-motivated, autonomous and keen to take on a challenge;
- Initial sales experience would be a real plus;
- Entrepreneurial spirit expected.
