As part of our development and to support our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Identify the right people and get in touch with them using cold email, cold calling, social selling and networking (Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
Listen to our prospects and qualify their needs;
Structure the Inbound process by qualifying incoming leads;
Manage your activity via Hubspot;
Follow up your prospecting rigorously to achieve operational excellence;
Contribute to Neobrain's growth by being a genuine business partner and contributing innovative ideas.
5 years' higher education and a degree from a Business School or University;
Successful work experience in HR / Software industry and B2B prospecting experience;
Passionate about human contact;
Self-motivated, autonomous and keen to take on a challenge;
