The job
Neobrain is experiencing a phase of strong growth, both internally and externally, with international expansion into new markets (Germany, US), as well as through the acquisition and integration of competing and complementary companies.
You will join the Growth team, whose mission is to ensure the visibility and credibility of Neobrain, by generating leads.
Your role : Your role will be to develop and implement local strategies to foster the best positioning, visibility, and growth of the company's products on the German-speaking markets.
Tasks :
Delivery of 360° marketing campaigns on your market, including events and digital elements
Development of rolling annual and quarterly plans aligned with the Global plan and strategy, adding your local angle working with the local Sales leader
Management of the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets & timelines
Close cooperation with the sales team, alliances and partners to drive pipeline through new logos and renewals
Work with the Global Marketing team on localization and adaptation of campaigns and pieces of content, including client case studies
Deliver a compelling client and prospect experience at each touchpoint in the lifecycle
Profile :
3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment
Experience in application software, ideally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable across various audience levels. German mandatory, English fluency required
Strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset and great attention to detail
Good understanding of metrics and KPI, with a taste for driving business impact through marketing
Self-starter, fast learner with the ability to prioritize and execute against a variety of timelines without losing sight of the big picture
